Welcome to Logineto. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Logineto platform (including the website, app, and related services) you accept these Terms of Service. Logineto may update these terms at any time, with notice via in-platform announcements or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Services
Logineto provides logistics rate comparison, booking, tracking, invoice management, and warehouse management online services connecting Shippers, Agents, and Suppliers. Logineto does not itself perform physical transport or warehousing — actual logistics are executed by the courier or partner you select.
3. General Conditions
You must provide accurate and complete shipment, recipient, and payment information. You are responsible for any delays, additional charges, or losses caused by inaccurate data. Logineto reserves the right to refuse service, remove, or suspend accounts to protect the platform and other users.
4. Member Account
You must be 18 or older to register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. All actions taken under your account are deemed authorized by you. Notify customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Payment
Service fees are as quoted on the platform. Payments, once confirmed, are non-refundable except as expressly stated. Third-party courier charges are subject to final reconciliation by the courier and may be adjusted based on actual weight, dimensions, or surcharges (e.g., remote area fees, fuel surcharges).
6. 輸送運賃および通関拒否・返送について
輸送運賃は、荷物が運送業者に引き渡され発送された時点で発生するものであり、最終的な配達時に発生するものではありません。一度発送された貨物については、最終的な配送結果にかかわらず、当該輸送運賃を全額お支払いいただきます。荷送人が提供した申告内容、品名、または受取人情報に誤りがあり、貨物が通関で留め置き・拒否され、返送または返却された場合、当該輸送運賃は返金いたしかねます。返送・再輸出・廃棄等の費用についても、運送業者および個別の状況に応じて追加で発生する場合があり、お客様のウォレット残高から差し引かれます。当該不備が運送業者側の責任による場合は、料金を請求いたしません。なお、こうした場合のプラットフォーム手数料の取り扱いは、個別の状況に応じて判断いたします。
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Logineto platform (including but not limited to logos, text, images, designs, and software code) is owned by Logineto or its licensors. No reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
8. Confidential Information
Trade secrets, customer data, pricing information, and similar confidential information obtained through use of the platform must not be disclosed to any third party without consent, except as required by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Logineto, its employees, partners, and affiliates against any losses, fines, and legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or unlawful use of the platform.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Logineto makes no express or implied warranty as to availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Logineto is not liable for losses arising from third-party courier delays, lost or damaged shipments, or customs issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logineto's total liability to any user for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform is capped at the service fee paid by you to Logineto for the relevant transaction, excluding third-party courier fees.
12. Insurance
By default, Logineto does not insure your shipments automatically. You may purchase third-party transport insurance separately. All insurance terms and claims are governed by the insurer.
13. Termination
You may discontinue use of the platform and request account deletion at any time. Logineto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or other reasonable cause, without prior notice.
14. Disputes
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
16. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Logineto's failure to exercise any right or term does not constitute a waiver of that right.
