What if my shipment is held at customs or returned?

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier and dispatched, the freight has been incurred. If it's held or rejected at customs, or returned, because of an incorrect declaration, item description, or recipient details, that carrier freight is non-refundable; return, re-export, or disposal charges may also apply depending on the carrier and the case, and are deducted from your wallet balance. So please double-check your details before you ship. If the issue is the carrier's responsibility, you won't be charged.

Will Logineto approach or take my customers?

No. We're a neutral platform and never contact the customers you bring. Your markup is visible only to you, and the wholesale rate you get is already below our retail price — so your customers have no reason to go around you.

How do I earn, and what do you charge?

You set your own markup; Logineto takes a 5% service fee on the markup — after that, the earnings are all yours. A platform fee applies only on completed transactions — nothing upfront. For example, add 15% to a $280 carrier rate ($42 markup): after the 5% service fee, $39.90 is yours.
